Peania January 31st 2020 – Lavipharm S.A., pursuant to Article 19 of the European Parliament Regulation No 596/2014 and its Board dated 16/04/2014, hereby informs the investment community that, T & A Holdings (Luxembourg) Sarl, a company related to Lavipharm S.A.’s Executive Chairman, Mr. Athanasios Lavidas, proceeded with the following stock purchase : on 28/01/2020 purchased 57.551 Lavipharm S.A. common registered shares amounting to € 16.098,28, on 30/1/2020 30.318 Lavipharm S.A. common registered shares amounting to € 8.482.68, and on 31/1/2020 170.694 Lavipharm S.A. common registered shares amounting to € 47.794,32.
