The purpose of the present is to set out the terms and conditions governing the use of the webpage www.lavipharm.com’s and in general Lavipharm’s website (hereinafter the “Site”). The visitor / user of the pages and services of the Site should read carefully the terms and conditions of the provided service before visiting or using the Site and in case of disagreement should not proceed to usage. Otherwise the visitor/ user isdeemed to have given his consent and fully and unconditionally accepts the conditions mentioned therein, which apply to all content thereof.

The Internet is not a secure environment and, although Lavipharm uses anti-virus / PC software and other anti-malicious software (malware), such as spyware, trojans, adware, etc., Lavipharm does not warrant that the functions of the Site will be uninterrupted or free of any kind of bugs and viruses and is not responsible for any data loss or other damage to the user or third party, whether due to use / copy / load (download) or to corruption by viruses or other unauthorized third party interventions in records and information available through the the site. The user is solely responsible for protecting the system against viruses and other malicious programs.
Users Behavior
Users of the Site shall comply with the rules and regulations of Greek, European and International Law and the legislation governing telecommunications and refrain from any illegal or inappropriate behaviour during use of the site and in connection therewith, as well as adopting practices of unfair competition and other illegal practices. Any other use, reproduction, modification, alteration or distribution of all or part of the site is prohibited without the prior written permission of Lavipharm.

All product names contained in the Site, Lavipharm’s trade name and logos and those of the companies’ with which Lavipharm cooperates, trademarks and photos of products and any other information, verbal or visual, that distinguishes products or manufacturers or distributors of products are protected by existing provisions of industrial property and the use, imitation or falsification in any way without prior written permission is prohibited.
Lavipharm does not claim rights to trade marks or similar rights of third parties contained on the Website. These trademarks are shown only for the determination of the products and in any case the use by Lavipharm is not to be considered as claiming rights therein, or any kind of correlation with the beneficiaries of these rights.

Lavipharm reserves the right to modify at any time without prior notice to users, these terms of use and the content of the Site, by posting (uploading) the new terms / new content, and users are required each time to check for any changes, and if they continue to use the Site, they shall be deemed to have accepted the modifications.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
User acknowledges and agrees that access and use of the Site is governed by the provisions of Greek Law, the Rules and Directives of the European Law and relevant international conventions, construed in accordance with the rules of good faith, business ethics and economic and social purpose of the right.
The courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction for any disputes arising here from.
Other Terms
If any term here in is contrary to law and therefore void or invaqlid, such term shall automatically be invalid, without in any way affecting the validity of the remaining terms. Failure to exercise or enforce by Lavipharm any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions in no way constitutes a waiver of this right or provision.
