Peania, October 24th 2018 – Lavipharm S.A., pursuant to Article 19 of the European Parliament Regulation No 596/2014 and its Board dated 16/04/2014, hereby informs the investment community that T & A Holdings (Luxembourg) sarl, a company related to Lavipharm SA’s Executive Chairman, Mr. Athanasios Lavidas, purchased 5,000 Lavipharm S.A. common registered shares amounting to € 700,00 on October 22nd, 2018 and 2,414 Lavipharm SA common registered shares amounting to €337.96 on October 23rd, 2018.
