Peania, March 27th, 2020 – Lavipharm S.A., pursuant to Article 19 of the European Parliament Regulation No 596/2014 and its Board dated 16/04/2014, hereby informs the investment community that, T & A Holdings (Luxembourg) Sarl, a company related to Lavipharm S.A.’s Executive Chairman, Dr. Athanase Lavidas, proceeded with the following stock purchase : on 23/03/2020 purchased 2.072 Lavipharm S.A. common registered shares amounting to € 580,16, and on 24/03/2020 2.000 Lavipharm S.A. common registered shares amounting to € 560.
