Peania, August 7th, 2020 – Lavipharm S.A., pursuant to Article 19 of the European Parliament Regulation No 596/2014 and its Board dated 16/04/2014, hereby informs the investment community that, T & A Holdings (Luxembourg) Sarl, a company related to Lavipharm S.A.’s Executive Chairman, Dr. Athanase Lavidas, proceeded with the following stock purchases : on 05/08/2020 purchased 2.649 Lavipharm S.A. common registered shares amounting to € 741,72, on 06/08/2020 purchased 194.860 Lavipharm S.A. common registered shares amounting to € 54.560,80 and on 07/08/2020 purchased 41 Lavipharm S.A. common registered shares amounting to €11,48.
