Peania, January 16th, 2020 Board of Directors member resignation

ANNOUNCEMENT

Peania, January 16th, 2020 – Lavipharm S.A. announces that the Board of Directors, in its meeting held on January 16th, 2020, accepted Mr. Telemaque Lavidas’ resignation. It was also decided not to replace the resigned board member as per the corporate by-laws stipulated in Article 9 Par. 5 and in Article 82 Par. 2 of Law 4548/2018.

Commenting on the US court’s verdict, Dr. Athanase Lavidas, Executive Chairman of Lavipharm, made the following statement: “With a strong leadership and a dynamic management team, our extensive portfolio of activities and experienced human capital, we remain committed to our vision. Lavipharm has already entered into a new path of growth and development and we will continue building our future with the constant support of our shareholders, our employees and customers, partners and associates in Greece and internationally”.
