31 Αυγ Farewell to Lito Ioannidou

Peania, August 25, 2021 – Lavipharm says farewell to Lito Niki Ioannidou, who passed away on Saturday, August 21, 2021.

Lito Ioannidou was a Member of Lavipharm’s  Board of Directors since 2008 and President of the Audit Committee until the recent Annual Shareholders Meeting. All these years, she has  been proved to be a valuable contributor and a dedicated person in Lavipharm’s vision and strategy.

Following the above, Lavipharm’s Board Members held today an extraordinary meeting and concluded with the following resolutions in her memory:

1. To express Management’s and employees’ deep sorrow and heartfelt condolences to her family.
2. To have the Company’s flags fly at half-mast on the day of the funeral.
3. To lay a wreath and, as per the family’s wishes, make a donation to the NGO “Ark of the World”.
4. To publish this resolution in the daily press.

“Highly recognized in the finance world, with many achievements in her remarkable career, Lito has been one of the pillar stones in Lavipharm’s board for many years. Her in depth-knowledge and vast experience have always been valuable to the strategic management of the Company. It was a privilege having her by our side. We will certainly feel her absence in our board meetings, but we she will remain present in our memories and in our hearts”, stated Mr. Telemaque Lavidas, Executive Board Member of Lavipharm, touched by her loss.

The Lavipharm family will remember Lito Ioannidou for her politeness, intelligence, expertise, and integrity of character.
