Today, our plant is considered as the one of the few pharmaceutical manufacturing sites in Europe with fully integrated production lines, including dedicated lines for the production of TDDS (Transdermal Drug Delivery Systems).
Our production facilities are designed and built to operate under strict, controlled, regulated and recorded conditions of Temperature (T), humidity (RH%), and air clearance according to international standards. They cover an area of 8,000 m2 dedicated mostly to the production packaging lines for transdermal systems. The whole chain of a product’s manufacturing -from the feedstock to its final packaging- is controlled by the automated production equipment, meeting international quality standards. Having installed a monitoring and control mechanism system of production lots, we are in position to recall -if needed- at any moment any product, which can cause adverse reactions to a patient, ensuring thus public health.
Our company, following the European and U.S.A. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Distribution Practices (GDPs), has established independent Departments of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) under a complete Quality System.
