WHISTLEBLOWING POLICY

Lavipharm provides shareholders, employees, suppliers, customers, all interested parties, and the public at large with a communication channel through which to report misconduct, whether omissions or actions, that constitute or potentially constitute a violation or instigate a violation of laws and regulations, values ​​and principles provided by the Code of Conduct of Lavipharm and its subsidiaries, corporate policies and rules and/or may, in the context of the relations entered into with one or more companies of the Group , to cause damage of any kind (for example, financial, environmental, for the safety of employees or third parties or even just for reputation) to these companies, customers, partners, collaborators, third parties and, in general, to the public interest.
